Facial Treatments — Basic Techniques
Perform a complete facial treatment: make-up removal, cleansing, exfoliation, mask and application of a suitable cream.

- Analyse the skin and choose the appropriate protocol
- Master make-up removal and deep cleansing
- Perform mechanical and enzymatic exfoliation
- Apply a mask and finishing treatment suited to the skin type

- Beauty table and magnifying lamp
- Vapozone steamer
- Ranges of cleansers, exfoliants and masks
- Application brushes and spatulas
Hygiene & safety
- Disinfect the workstation before and after each treatment
- Sterilise reusable equipment in an autoclave
- Wear personal protective equipment (gloves, mask)
- Follow the disposal protocol for clinical waste
Assessment & validation
Practical delivery of a complete treatment, assessed on method and result.
Validated through a practical evaluation at the end of the module.
