Terms of sale and use

Purpose

These general terms of sale and use ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the Private Academy of Aesthetics Training (APFE) and any person enrolling in one of its training programmes, as well as the use of this website. Enrolling in an APFE programme implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Enrolment and payment terms

Enrolment in a programme becomes final once the application file has been validated, the training contract has been signed and the fees have been paid according to the schedule agreed with the academy. Fees, registration costs and payment terms (in full or in instalments) are communicated to the student before the contract is signed and are restated in it.

Cancellation and postponement terms

Any request to cancel or postpone an enrolment must be sent to the academy in writing. Refund conditions and applicable deadlines depend on the date of the request relative to the start date and are specified in the training contract signed by the student. The academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session in the event of insufficient enrolment or exceptional circumstances, with the student informed as soon as possible.

The academy's obligations

APFE undertakes to deliver training in accordance with the announced curriculum, to provide supervision by qualified trainers, to make available the equipment necessary for practical learning, and to issue a training certificate at the end of the programme, subject to attendance and completion of the required assessments.

The student's obligations

The student agrees to comply with the academy's internal rules, to attend theoretical and practical classes as well as the professional internship punctually and diligently, to behave respectfully towards staff, trainers and fellow students, and to comply with the hygiene and safety rules specific to practical workshops.

Intellectual property of course materials

All teaching materials provided to students (technical fact sheets, course content, presentations, protocols) remain the exclusive intellectual property of APFE. These materials are intended for strictly personal use within the scope of the training undertaken; any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the academy's prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or execution, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
